Name of the Post: Assistant Professor  
Qualification :(i) Ph.D. in Bio–Technology/Bio-Science/Life Science or M.Sc. Bio-Tech./M.Sc. (Ag. In Genetic and Plant Breeding/Ag. Botany/Plant Pathology/Entomology/Microbiology/Nematology with experience in Biotechnology) with 55% marks or equivalent grade with consistently good academic record.

(ii) For the candidates having Master degree, NET shall remain compulsory along with one publication in NAAS rated referred journal. For recruitment to the said post in which NET is conducted essentiality of NET can be waived off for the candidates holding Ph.D. degree with course work as prescribed by the UGC Regulations 2009, and the candidate has at least two full length publication having a NAAS rating not less than 4, on the last date of submission of application.

Age :40 years.
